The National College of Business & Technology offers the paralegal degree, designed to prepare students with the technical skills, general knowledge, and communication abilities necessary to launch successful paralegal careers.

With proper paralegal training and under the supervision of a lawyer, a paralegal may act as a legal assistant to:

• Investigate and evaluate facts
• Prepare pleadings, contracts, forms, legal memoranda, and other documents
• Interview clients
• Assist in case management, and
• Perform other duties to assist the lawyer in the delivery of legal services to clients.
